I was honestly pleasantly surprised with this company. Due to Hurricane Harvey, our first floor had to be basically rebuilt. We had many challenges and delays with the rebuild due to so many people needing materials, appliances, laborers, etc at the same time in our area. Working with this company was a total breeze in comparison. I had measurements but I couldn't figure out what I needed to order online, so I reached out. Jordan was very patient with my questions and he advised me what products would work best based on the window measurements I provided and given the budget I had to work with. The blinds came in so quickly, the house wasn't "ready" to have them hung yet. When our contractor opened them up and installed them a couple weeks later, they fit wonderfully and were honestly way nicer than I anticipated given how inexpensive they were compared to other places we got quotes from. Several months passed and everything still looks/works great, so I recently ended up ordering blinds to replace the upstairs too. They arrived very quickly again and although I haven't hung them all, those that I have installed are exactly what I anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent Dealer ! I ordered blinds for close to $1000, 28 blinds various sizes. All were delivered quickly, couple had defects & they exchanged it with no cost. Rachel sales person who helped me get through this order was amazing, patience enough to understand the need & suggested expertise advise to fulfill our request. This is a very good company to work with. We shopped around for price and quality and decided to place our order here. The blinds came a different color than expected, which was our fault for not ordering sample colors, and they were slightly short because they sprung up at the bottom due to the cordless nature. We contacted their customer support center and worked with Ryan Hunt, and he helped us order sample colors before we chose a new color, and was very accommodating in making our order what we wanted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I have owned several homes and rented apartments and houses in the past. I've always had to get blinds because the previous owner took them or the rentals didn't have any installed. Needless to say, I've bought many blinds. This company can not be beat on many levels and is the best I've ever purchased from. I just bought a new house and needed twelve blinds. We got the Aura double honeycomb cellular cordless blinds. They were all inside mounts. All I had to do was provide the EXACT window measurements and THEY figure out the rest to make it fit. Every single blind fit perfectly with maybe 1/8-1/4 inch on either side. The blinds can also be shifted on the mounts to make the very small gap even on both sides. The gap is so small you can not see in or out even at the max angle trying to peek by the edge of the blinds. The blinds were incredibly easy to mount. I put up all twelve in about 45 minutes. The mounts go on easy and are very intuitive designs. Then you just hook the top of the blinds on the front of the mounts and PUSH and they snap in. You can even pull the tabs on the bottom and unhook them and take them down if you need to. Very easy to install and remove. I would recommend having a 1/4 socket that is MAGNETIZED and a cordless drill that has the slip differential so you don't strip the screw holes. These two things make it go really fast. If you're using hand tools like a screw driver, the screws are not self tapping so it might be a pain. The blinds look great and go up and down perfectly as they should. They block the daylight much better than Venetian blinds. After I installed these, my wife took a nap and the room was nearly dark during the day with the blinds down =]. We got the Tussah color to match the natural wood design of the house. They look great. They are also going to insolate the house much better than other blinds. The customer service is outstanding. They also emailed me AFTER I ordered to make sure the measurements were correct and that I wanted inside mounting and not outside mounts. If I had made a mistake and they didn't email me, I would have had to return them and it'd be a hassle, but their attention to detail really makes sure you're going to get what you need. They also made sure I didn't try to adjust the ACTUAL size to make them fit as THEY handle all that for you. The price was VERY good for custom quality blinds. I paid around $1,100 for twelve blinds. Several of them were quite large for the windows on the front of the house. I think five windows measuring around 60+ inches wide and 70+ inches tall. I can't say enough good things about these blinds and the company. High quality, great price, super easy install and great customer service. Honestly can't ask for more than that. Will certainly purchase from this company when I need more blinds=] If you're looking for blinds, this is the place. Don't waste your time looking for better deals or better blinds... these guys will take care of you. I hope this information helps. I had an issue with one of my cellular blinds and contacted Window Blind Outlet. Gave the Info to Chat, and was promptly given information to advise. The warranty manufacturer, in a timely manner made a replacement and sent item to me. I love all my purchases from the Outlet and am very pleased with their awesome Customer Service.
